3) causes them to be sold for more money
4) banks are trying to clean up their reputations by joining in the fight against “neighborhood blight”
5) cities across the country are imposing enormously large fines when there are code violations thereby making repairs mandatory
Those of us “in the know” have known about this research for the past few years and we have received a ton of additional work because of it.
Look, I’m not trying to blow smoke up your “you-know-what”. Everything I just described is 100% reality. I’ll be the first one to tell you that if someone like me can do it (I’m definitely a procrastinator and I’m not very book smart) then you’re really a whole lot closer to this lifestyle than you even know.
